†Broker referral fee is paid to active members of the Board of Real Estate only and subject to registration/verification by the sales representative. Referral fee is paid upon successful close of escrow at Provence at The Havens and Realtor is not a party to the escrow. Please be advised that registration of buyer is not a guarantee of referral fee, since Corman Leigh Communities engages in their own marketing other than the MLS. We ask that all Realtors/Brokers accompany their prospective buyer upon the first visit to the community to be considered for a referral fee, at which time you will complete a Broker Registration Form. We will promptly notify all Realtors if the buyer has already been registered and/or procured by a different source. All registrations are valid for 90 days and the offer to purchase documents is not the CAR forms; rather the Seller's New Home PSA approved by the Department of Real Estate. ††As an added referral bonus, all Realtors that qualify under the Ambassador Program will be entered into an end of community drawing for an additional $15,000 referral fee, each consecutive sale enters you to win. The end of community drawing will be completed once the Provence community has closed the 59th home.
